    In 1994 I built my first home and quickly developed a passion for the business. After building several commercial buildings for my retail business, I longed to start a home construction company. I soon realized this goal and began a business known today as CLASSIC HOMES. Having had a retail business since 1985, I know first hand that referrals are the key to success.  My goal is "Totally Satisfied Customers".  Too many people have been burned by "hand shake deals" in this business, only to find out that they should  have had it in writing.  That's why I developed a detailed contract so both parties know exactly what to expect. CLASSIC HOMES is insured and bonded in residential and commercial construction.
