3.   Acquire House Plans from Classic Homes or bring your own (see eplans.com)

4.   Sit down with builder to discuss ammenities.

5.   Builder will bid the job.

6.   Rough draft contract will be presented.

7.   Overview with builder and client

8.   Finalize Contract.

9.   Setup closing date*.

10.  Determine position of home on lot.

11.  Construction starts.
